1. What is your jewelry made out of?

All of our pieces unless specified are made with Authentic Swarovski crystal stones and settings. The settings are made with red brass and plated with 18-22 karat gold.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. I need to receive my order in a rush, can you accommodate me?

4. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we love custom orders. We offer hundreds of color combinations for existing designs and you can contact us at to discuss furthur.

5. I am shopping for a gift. Do you provide gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is complimentary and available with any order. Please contact us to request this service.

6. When will my order ship out?

All items marked 'ready to ship' will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 2-7 business days and priority shipping takes 1-3 business days.
Due to the delicate handmade nature of some items, designs marked 'Custom' can take up to 2 weeks to be produced and will ship afterwards.

7. What does it mean to place a pre-order?

Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out to you as soon as the item is ready.

8. I'm so excited to receive my new items! How do I check the order status?

We send out a tracking number with each order with which you can keep a tab on the delivery status of your package.

9. How do I process a return / refund?

Please contact us at within 3 days of recieving your order and we will send you instructions on how to send your order back. Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of recieving the package back in original condition. Please note we do not refund shipping charges.
